What is 'Registration number' when trying to transfer .co.uk domains to OVH?

I am trying to transfer a load of .co.uk domain names from 123-reg to OVH, because OVH supports DNSSEC.

I have given the IPS TAG for OVH in the 123-reg control panel for the first domain I am trying to do this with.

However, on the OVH side of things I get to this stage where I do not know how to proceed:

What registration number is being asked for here? This particular domain is not for a registered company and is not VAT registered.
