What is this public cloud?

So, i have had cloud servers from other places, easy to use , easy to setup. Well yes cloud these days are and should be easy to setup and use.
Well in OVH u need a degree in tech, or even be a brain surgeon, The "GUIDES" that they have, is split between some english and lots of frensh. And also tell u nothing. is like reading a book with no point and no ending.
So what is my problem? well i got a "instance" to launch. but cant access it, due to i dont have password for the new "instance" and as they state alot. u need to use SSH keys to access the cloud servers. So i used 2-3 hours reading trough these so called "guides" that are by the way based on VERY old screenshots of a long gone UI. anyway trying to make public keys with puttygen and import it to my keys in OVH. right away i get region error when i add it. Well its still there. so then i got the instance out. SO back to HOW THE FUCK do i access it? the public ssh i made and saved and runned trough putty to access give me a error that the server doesnt support that kind og key and dont want any connection.

So back to start.. AND THERE IS NO guides to tell me how to do this. making ticket to get help will take months to get resolved. It seems like these french arrogant people dont want customers. Oh well if u pay them 50euros u can get premium support. and that is FOR BUYING something.

I still have a ticket from a month ago that hasnt been answered. so making a new ticket is just waste of time. So if anyone here has any guides to how to make these FREAKN ssh keys that works. i would love it. If not i guess OVH is not the public cloud i should move to.
