Hi,
I've raised a ticket with proof of all my ID AND ordered the VPS from my Paypal account and after 12 hours, there's still no validation?
This really isn't acceptable, I've just read the validation team doesn't work weekends either? So not only is there no adequate support time but the teams are broken up?
So much for quick setup.
