I bought a VPS with a recommendation from a friend, finally I bought the product link. because I don't have an account I have to make an ID with my email, and finally the VPS can be purchased. Emails also include invoices and others. I even use vps to deploy my project.
The problem arose when the VPS was down, and I tried to log in to the dashboard account but it was logged out, finally I tried resetting the password and "recovery email has been set" I waited 2-3 days and tried to start the password reset step. until now the reset password is not in my email. (problem 1)
Contacting via Twitter mention, I finally got a response and I was told that I had to enter my ID, email and others. the problem here is that i don't know my id because it is also in the dashboard, finally my email is rejected.(problem 2)
I tried direct contact via the email that was sent to me, because maybe it was automatic then I was also just rejected. (problem 3)
because to make a ticket you have to have an email, I tried a new email and it was registered, finally I tried resetting the password too and the result was, no incoming email. (Problem 4)
and finally I'm tired of dealing with services from ovhcloud, is that as bad as my experience, but if this is not responded to even in this community, well, it seems I'm not worthy enough on this platform.
