Wordpress domain with OVH hosting

Hello,
I have a domain bought from Wordpress, and a hosting package with OVH. In order to point the domain to the hosting with OVH, I need the name servers from OVH. When I request name servers through my Control Panel, I get the following error message:


It is only possible to create a DNS zone if it meets all of the following conditions:
The domain exists and is active
The domain SOA record must be correctly entered in your DNS zone
There should be no ongoing order operation or order on OVHcloud for the domain
DNS zone must not already be created in OVHcloud

I have opened tickets and tried to call, but haven't received a reply from OVH.

What do I need to do in order to be able to point my domain to the OVH hosting?
