I've paid my dedicated server order on 02/23/2026 via bank transfer, yet they still show as "Payment not received". I've used next information to make my payment:
Register the OVHcloud bank account with your bank: Recipient: OVH Hosting Limited IBAN: IE18 BOFI 9000 8423 8439 32 BIC: BOFIIE2D
When I generate a new payment information now, there are another data:
Recipient: OVH Hosting LimitedIBAN: IE04 HSBC 9902 3136 4995 08BIC: HSBCIE2D
Was my payment a failure? In case not, how long should I wait? The support keeps silence on this matter...
