Asking about ordering a new server

I tried calling to sales but "please call again later".

I've always used OVH because unlike others they offered automatic hardware monitoring with automatic reboots.
The VPS downtime a few months ago wasn't the great example.
Now that I'm looking for another server, there seems to be an offer on AMD servers, there wasn't any mention about automatic monitoring. Has the service been removed, maybe the Advance servers don't have the monitoring or maybe it's just forgotten from the hardware page?
