Bugs IMAP avec la boite mail Outlook pour android

Bonjour, 

J'ai depuis quelques temps des bugs entre mon adresse mail ovh et mon application Outlook pour Android. 

Je n'arrive plus par exemple à envoyer des mails depuis Outlook (sur mon smartphone) avec mon adresse mail ovh : ceux-ci restent bloqués dans la outbox. 

Egalement, à certains moments je n'arrive plus à entrer le destinataire, un message d'erreur s'affiche et outlook me refuse l'entrée. 

Comment y remédier?

Bonjour,

Si vous avez un serveur Exchange (hosted ou private) alors ça a un sens d'utiliser Outlook sur Android.

Sinon (parce que vous avez un mail MX ou mail Pro configuré en IMAP), Outlook est malheureusement terriblement peu fiable. Faites l'essai avec des logiciels alternatifs (et gratuits) tels que k9-mail ou Thunderbird.

Outlook et un autre logiciel peuvent coexister sur le même appareil. Ca prendra plus de place, c'est tout.
