I've just bought a pro2014 plan and installed the Prestashop module on the server. When I go to 1-click modules and click the option to access the administration interface for prestashop, I get shown a login page. This page does not let me login, though. Every time I enter my login information and click login, I just get returned to a blank login page. I've tried changing the password, that did nothing.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I just want to build a website, but every step so far has been a nightmare!

Hello,
what is the website adress ?
the best way in this case is to ask to a pro prestashop supplier to help you
it's www.geekyfuroshiki.com. How do I do that? I've sent a message to Prestashop via their contact page, no answer in a couple of days. And I've posted on their forum, the only reply I got was to " try disabling the various dynamic cookie options in the admin preferences" which did not make a lot of sense to me (is that in chrome? in the admin dashboard?), but no one has replied again since then.

you have to delete *index.html*, on ftp and make a clean installation manually: https://github.com/ovh/docs/blob/develop/pages/web/hosting/cms_manual_installation_prestashop/guide.en-gb.md
Brilliant, thanks, that got it up and running!
