Connecting FTP/SFTP from home network

hello!

i'm having trouble connecting to my ovh FTP/SFTP/SSH server — Filezilla from my home internet.
with hotspot the connection works, but it's kinda annoying to do this all the time.

what i tried were.. verified DNS resolution(seems working), forwarded the port to my wlan router, tried SSH connection from terminal, tested the port (no output, seems blocked)... 

has anyone experienced a similar issue with this? how can i connect to FTP or SFTP if my ISP blocks ports? are there alternative ports i can use or any other solutions?
