Envoi depuis compte Exchange

Bonjour, je rencontre le problème assez insolite

J'ai un domaine avec plusieurs comptes exchange dont certains en partagés.

tout marche bien sauf avec un compte f.b***@to***.fr

La ou le problème est insolite c'est qu'il me dit que je n'ai pas le droit d'envoyer avec ce compte sauf qu'il s'agit du compte "source". J'evnoie de f.b***@to***.fr à partir de f.b***@to***.fr ???

J'ai le message d'erreur suivant
