Erreur 500. Sur un domaine et pas d'erreur sur un sous-domaine

le site herborescence.fr est cassé. j'ai un message d'erreur 500:

Pour info, le sous-domaine en preproduction https://preprod25.herborescence.fr/, fonctionne lui, très bien. Je pense que c'est une erreur due au thème qui est un peu obsolète sur le herborescence.fr.

Je n'arrive pas à trouver d'où vient l'erreur. Comment avoir accès aux logs d’erreur sur ovh ?? Merci
