Bonjour,

J'ai souscrit a l'offre Hosted Exchange et j'ai mon nom de domaine encore chez Orange Business Services.

En envoyant des mails aux utilisateurs Gmail, j'ai le message avec l'erreur 550-5.7.26

J'ai lu qu'il fallait ajouter des enregistrements SPF et DKIM coté nom de domaine, mais je n'ai rien de ça coté Orange Business Services.
Je peux simplement créer des enregistrements TXT par exemple.

Que faire ?

Vous devez probablement ajouter ou modifier un enregistrement SPF.
En masquant votre nom de domaine ca nous empêche de vous donner une réponse précise.

Après ajout du champ TXT sur mon nom de domaine : v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all.

Cela fonctionne correctement, testé avec Gmail, Yahoo et Outlook Hotmail

vous devez probablement mettre un enregistrement SPF dans votre zone DNS chez Wix.

Comme vous ne donnez pas le message d'erreur c'est tout ce que je peux supposer.

Non vous n'avez pas de SPF publié sur les serveur DNS de Wix (la ou se trouve votre zone DNS actuellement).

Ils pointent un rejet sur mon mail mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce serait Zoho (un crm) que je n'utilise plus beaucoup qui bloquerait....

reconfigurer votre logiciel de messagerie pour utiliser le SMTP de OVH et non celui de free
