SMART_ATA_ERROR : SMART ATA errors found on disk PN2181P5HEDX8X (Total : 13253)

These disks need to be replaced.

Have you put the serial number of the hdd to be replaced in the ticket ? 
The ticket is in incident category ? 

Phone to the support 3 days is completly anormal.
