Hello friends. The server was shut down even though I paid. Although I'm sending a ticket now, no one responds. The problem still continues, although it was about 12 hours I didn't get a response from anyone. I paid about 14 days ago, and yesterday they paused my service. Anyone encounter such a problem? No one ever made a comeback. They want me to pay the same bill twice. I'm currently a prisoner of the company Ovh. I'm so mad. Please share your opinions. Thank you.
