Bonjour,
Nous envisageons d'acquérir un serveur Infra 3, pour des opération gourmandes en mémoire.

Est il possible de commander la machine, par exemple, avec 256 Go de ram et, si nous pensons avoir besoin de 512, d'étendre la mémoire sur la machine éxistante, avec juste quelques dizaine de minute d'arrêt, mais sans avoir à recommander et réinstaller une nouvelle machine

à ma connaissance c'est pas possible, une fois commandé la configuration est fixe sur un dédié.
