Je dois utiliser systématiquement un code de secours pour m'identifier.
Je ne reçois plus le SMS pour me connecter à mon espace client

Je vous suggère d'utiliser l'appli Google Authenticator. Votre téléphone n'a pas besoin de réseau pour générer des codes d'authentification.
