Et j'utilise **l'offre** : MXPLAN 1000 hosting
Je rencontre la problématique suivante / Je souhaiterais mettre en place :
J'ai créé des Mailings List avec les membres du bureau et du conseil d’administration de notre association pour pouvoir envoyer un mail à tous les membres du bureau ou du CA.
Mais les membres qui utilisent les mails orange (ou wanadoo) reçoivent systématiquement les emails en SPAM, même après avoir mis dans leurs contacts l'email.
Pour ceux utilisant l'adresse avec Gmail, il n'y a pas de soucis, on reçoit bien les emails.
Il y a t'il une configuration DNS à faire ou une action pour éviter cela ?

Vous ne dites pas si ce sont des mailing lists OVH ou bien mailinblue.
Je mentionne mailinblue car je l'ai vu dans votre DMARC.
Si c'est bien mailinblue, alors vous n'avez probablement pas adapté votre SPF pour autoriser mailinblue à expédier vos e-mails sortants.

Oui le dysfonctionnement est toujours d'actualité. Cela ne sont pas des emails qui sont envoyés via du code PHP, mais une mailing-list OVH créé via l'interface client et auquel on envoie un mail à une adresse xxx@domain.com et qui envoie alors ce mail à toutes les adresses configurées dans la mailing list. Les personnes avec des adresses en wanadoo ou orange reçoivent le mail en spam.

Merci pour votre message, ce sont bien des mailings listes OVH.
J'utilise mailinblue (MailPoet) pour les envoies de newsletters depuis le site internet.
Les mailings listes OVH sont simplement pour avoir une adresse pour discuter entre les membres du bureau de l'association avec une réponse qui va vers tous les autres membres.
Du coup l'utilisation des deux services en même temps peut poser un problème ?
Comment configurer correctement les deux services avec DMARC ?
Non l'un ne doit pas impacter l'autre.
J'ignore sur quel critère Orange classe ça en spam, car à ma connaissance les mails qui sortent des ML OVH sont conformes au protocole SMTP. (à l'exception de DKIM mais ça c'est un priblème plus général)
DMARC n'apporte pas grand chose si DKIM n'est pas implémenté.

le mieux serait d'avoir les headers d'un mail arrivé en spam chez Orange, car de mémoire ils utilisent eux aussi VadeSecure donc on devrait voir la présence d'un "X-me-spamcause".

Je n'ai pas d'adresse email orange, et si je demande aux membres concernés de me transférer un email, je n'aurais pas les headers du message et ce ne sont pas des personnes très calées en informatique pour me donner ces informations.

Je vous dirais de supprimer votre DMARC. Il n'est pas exclu que vous ayez une erreur de syntaxe.
Pouvez-vous expliquer chaque phrase qui s'y trouve ? ou bien vous avez copié/collé aveuglément des instructions ?

J'ai copié le dmarc fournis par le service mailpoet que nous utilisons aussi pour envoyer une newsletter publique.
Et si je supprime cela, nos newsletters seront considérées comme spam également ?
DMARC établit une police avec des instructions que vous donnez, principalement concernant les mails dont l'authenticité est douteuse (ni SPF ni DKIM n'authentifient votre e-mail)
Cest quelque chose qui est optionnel à l'heure d'aujourd'hui.
Il est plus important d'authentifier valablement avant de donner des instructions pour ce qui n'est pas authentifié.
A ce sujet, êtes vous sûr d'avoir suivi les recommandations pour votre SPF ?
Laposte a reçu ce mail depuis meshcore.net ; meshcore.net n'est pas mentionné dans votre SPF puisqu'il n'y a que OVH. SPF est donc en échec.
Pour DKIM impossible de vérifier sans avoir un de vos e-mails en entier, en-têtes compris.

J'ai modifié mon entrée DMARC.
Pour le SPF, je ne comprends pas d'où vient ce domaine meshcore.net.
L'idée est d'avoir un mail ca@anfol.org qui dispatch tous les mails vers les membres du CA de l'association.
Donc, c'est un membre de l'association qui a envoyé un mail depuis son adresse laposte.net vers l'adresse ca@anfol.org.
Bizarre ça
Cette adresse IP résout aujourd'hui comme étant 195.115.65.81.rev.sfr.net
Ce mail étant vieux de plus d'un mois, est-ce que cette société avait une IP fixe chez SFR à ce moment ?
Orange a toujours été assez opaque avec ses codes d'erreur.
OFR_515 a déjà été mentionné par d'autres internautes et reviennent sur des rejets DMARC.
Ma recommandation d'élaguer votre DMARC tient toujours.
