Mon mail de Roundcube webmail hacké

je reçois des tas de spams depuis qq semaines sur mon webmail roundcube ovh.
L'un d'eux, envoyé de mon mail perso m'envoie un mail de chantage comme vous pouvez le voir :

J'ai donc une menace de blocage du PC (l'auteur se vante d'avoir des vues compromettantes, mais c'est du flan, car j'ai un mail nickel et sans vues compromettantes, je pense qu'il joue sur la probabilité de tomber sur qq'un que ça ennuierait fort d'avoir ce genre de vues diffusées. Dans mon cas, c'est le blocage du PC qui m'inquiète).

Comment je fais pour me protéger, pour neutraliser l'attaque, et surtout pour changer de mot de passe ???? (on ne peut pas le faire sur Roundcube webmail, ce qui est dingue à mon avis..)
