Bonjour

Suite à ma commande effectuée fin mars et après avoir suivi toutes les instructions ma commande ne bouge pas alors que c'est la commande la plus basique.
Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce genre de problème.
C'est inquiétant. .
