Hi, this is a ping from inside the OVH network (SBG) :

Maybe the problem is not on OVH side but somewhere else on the network between you and your server ?

Server does not ping at all (tested at 09:58 Paris time)
I have the same issue with another server within OVH (141.94.99.99). Ping from the UK is constant and has no issues, but coming from Deutsche Telecom, it has around 20% packet loss as soon as we reach the OVH boundaries.
I tried to contact support on multiple channels, this is my newest attempt to point out the issue (even tried their Twitter, but no response whatsoever).
I tried to ping other servers within the OVH networks and they all have issues.
Servers in other places have not even when tested from where the OVH one shows errors.
I see on their status page that the backbone has "degraded performance". How long is this going to be happening?

His issue is not the servers in-between not responding to ICMP, but the packet loss in the second screenshot. I'm having the exact same issue with another server sadly. One specific route looks to be affected as seen from the UK for example, everything looks fine.
