Je ne reçois les e-mails sur mon compte exchange que toutes les 3h environ voire plus.
- Nom de domaine : tbcinnovation.fr
- Mon hébergement est chez OVHcloud
- Mon offre : je connais pas le nom

Mon problème : Sur une des adresses mails en notre possession, les mails n'arrivent que toutes les 2h à 3h voire plus et par paquets. Les expéditeurs sont de tous domaines même de notre propre domaine (mails de collaborateurs). J'ai effectué une migration de cette boite mail d'un compte MX Plan vers exchange, ce n'est pas le premier pour les autres tout à très bien marché et j'ai appliqué la même méthode pour chaque compte avec l'outil migrator que vous proposez.
Pouvez-vous régler ce problème ?

Faites appel au support, ou bien postez les en-têtes SMTP d'un message qui a traîné pendant quelques heures, pour analyser où ça coince.

On voit la date et l'heure d'envoi : le 22 nov à 8h20
Et en réception :
On voit la date et l'heure de réception : le 22 nov à 17h18
???!!!

Le diagnostic est clair et sans équivoque.
Le "smtpclient.apple" donc un Mac ou un iPhone , connecté sur une ligne Free (19.fbx.proxad.net9.fbx.proxad.net) a expédié ce mail vers le serveur SMTP de Free (1g21.free.frg21.free.fr [212.27.42.5]) à 17h18 heure de Paris.
Ce mail n'a absolument pas été envoyé avec le protocole Exchange natif de Outlook.
Cette personne devrait revoir son logiciel de mail qui s'assied sur les mails envoyés mais ne les envoie pas (ou pas tout de suite du moins)
