Bonjour
depuis quelques jours je reçois tous mes emails en double
que ce soit sur thunderbird ou sur le mail d'ovh
j'ai fais un test en m'envoyant un email, et c'est la même chose.
J'ai plusieurs boite mail sur le même nom de domaine , et ça ne le fait pas sur tous.
merci de m'aider à régler ce problème qui devient vraiment gênant.

Bonjour,

Il faudrait poster l'entièreté des en-têtes SMTP des deux exemplaires du message qui est en double.

Faites usage du bouton `</>` pour préserver les caractères spéciaux.

Pour préserver la vie privée, vous pouvez masquer une partie des adresses e-mail (ce qui est à gauche du @)

C'est rigoureusement le même e-mail, jusque dans la boîte aux lettres OVH.

1) voyez avec le webmail si vous le voyez en double ?
2) voyez avec votre Thunderbird si vous ne faites pas la relève de la boîte 2 fois, par exemple une fois en POP3 et une fois en IMAP.

Coupez Thunderbird.
Avec le webmail envoyez-vous un message.

Voyez combien de fois il arrive.

Rouvrez TB et voyez si c'est lui qui crée la duplication (par exemple récupérer en POP3 à destination du dossier ouvert aussi en IMAP.)

Trop bizarre. Vous ne faites pas des redirections entre vos comptes OVH, quand même ?

non je ne fais de redirection
ce qui est plus bizarre c'est que ce bug est sur 2 boites de réceptions sur le même nom de domaine et que tous les autres emails sur ce nom de domaine ne sont pas impactés

Ces adresses IP non routables: 192.168.13.59 et 192.168.9.6 ça ne ressemble pas à OVH.

Etes-vous sûr que vous n'avez rien installé chez vous ? Ces 2 subnets ne seraient pas dans une de vos installations ?

Ceci était lié à un reliquat d'e-mail du fait que votre service a été migré d'un DC vers un autre.
Votre service e-mail a été migré de Paris vers Gravelines par nos administrateurs.

voyez avec le support d'ovh pour qu'ils règlent le problème chez vous, il faut ouvrir un ticket d'incident
