Mais sur le panneau de gestion OVH je ne trouve pas l'option pour surclasser les VPS.

Il y a eu des mails à ce sujet sur plusieurs mailing lists. On peut regretter que les canaux de communications ne sont uniformément utilisés, d'où la confusion.

J'ai fait la demande de surclassement sur plusieurs de mes VPS. Depuis je suis en file d'attente et ma position n'a pas bougé. Vous avez pu trouver des infos sur les délais d'application du surclassement ? Je n'ai rien trouvé nulle part à ce sujet,

Pareil, dans la file d'attente, aucun changements ces 12 derniers jours, pas de date, rien...
ils étaient bien préparés quand ils ont envoyé le mail ^^

Pas trouvé la réponse de Thomas non plus. Malgré tout j'ai eu du nouveau pour ma part après échange par téléphone. OVH a été pris d'asault sur les surclassements, et est actuellement en rupture de serveurs pour migrer les VPS. Ils en produisent et s'en font livrer chaque semaine mais sans avoir davantage d'informations sur les délais prévus.
C'est dommage qu'on ait pas une communication officielle et un délai même approximatif (ou nous prévenir qu'il n'y a pas de délai) pour qu'on puisse anticiper nos coupures de services / controle du bon fonctionnement des outils après migration.
