After using dedicated server in OVH for 1 year, my server terminated 2/12/2025. But when I click button renew, it always leads me to 404 not found page. My ticket is low priority even though my project get stuck with it. Live chat is actually not working in my case. Can someone tell me what's happing?

Regarding the issues in the web browser, check that the redirections do not mess with ca.ovh.com, ovh.ca and/or ovh.com
OVH.com in France and OVH.ca do not share their user base.
Also I would avoid any automatic translation in the browser. The translation can break many web sites with forms.
