Hi guys! It is my first service usage - i paid for dedicated server 30 eur and after sometime got cancelled..
How to get in touch with support? THEY DIDNT RETURN MY MONEY BTW ..

The order had to be cancelled for one of the following reasons:
- Your personal information is inaccurate or needs to be updated, which goes against Article 2.1 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to;
- You need to update the payment methods saved to your customer account;
- We are currently verifying your account as set out in Article 2.2 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to.
Please review and correct the above elements before placing a new order. If we don't hear from you, we may suspend some or all of your services.

i mistakenly set up the wrong billing address — i’m from ukraine, but accidentally selected a london address.
i paid using my ukrainian privatebank card, so the payment went through to ovhcloud.
will i get a refund for this? what should i do next?

I whould say: please update your address. You can understand that you may be flagged for fraud if you provide false information.

I have the same issue. How to refund or at least re-verify my order. why they canceled it like that without re-verifying the order after I update my personal information
