Bonjour,

Cela fait maintenant 48H que j'ai commandé un forfait Voip et que je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon numéro de téléphone ni mes identifiants Voip.

Le support est injoignable par téléphone y compris par tickets .... c'est assez décevant et ça promet pour la suite...

Quels sont délais habituels ?
