Error in domain transfer

Hi all.
I'm Mauro.
I try to transfer my domain faresoftwware.it from AW to OVH.
I'm an ovh client because I bought a VPS.

When I have get the verification page where these owner, admin, techincal under owner I get error

This i what I get.
Due to this error I cannot complete the transfer
