Good evening,
I have an Instance s1-8 (sandbox model) and I would like to create a backup. First of all it will be sufficient to make one backup anyway. But it would be great to have the opportunity to automate the process. What is the easiest way to do so?
I already use the automated backup service that OVH provides in the control panel. But as far as I know, this service only provides snapshots, that are stored at the same place. What I want to do is to store an image of the complete server and store it at an other place.
I thought about getting some storage, creating an image of my server and move it to the storage. So I can load it to another instance if needed.
How can I do so? How can I create the backup and move it to the storage?
What would be the proper storage? Maybe a block storage?
I am looking for an easy (and cheap) solution.
Thank you very much for your help.
