hello,so i cant connect remote desktop only kvm and i cant share my server because people cant connect here is the screenshot of the error:

Hello,

The error you're seeing is most likely because you have disabled the Windows firewall service.
It's not likely to be related to your network problem.

Check that RDP is enabled, and also check that your VPS has a network connection.

If none of the above works, check if the VPS has a network connection while in rescue mode.
