I have had the following:

"The installation request has been processed.
Waiting for operation to complete ( 1 / 1 )" for several hours now. I cannot access the server - the password provided no longer works, tried using the KVM and in recovery mode and the recovery mode password doesn't work.
 
I started renting literally 4-6 hours ago and I am so disappointed in this experience. There seems to be no support in sight on both Twitter/support pages. I had another cheaper server I was renting months ago that went completely fine.
 
Would I get my money back if I just cancelled this one and re-ordered?

Thanks, from what I see, some hardware was replaced. Please try starting an installation task again, it should work.

Hello,

This usually happens when the server is unable to reboot during the installation process, requiring manual intervention. What is the server name/ID?
