I have had the following:
"The installation request has been processed.
Waiting for operation to complete ( 1 / 1 )" for several hours now. I cannot access the server - the password provided no longer works, tried using the KVM and in recovery mode and the recovery mode password doesn't work.
I started renting literally 4-6 hours ago and I am so disappointed in this experience. There seems to be no support in sight on both Twitter/support pages. I had another cheaper server I was renting months ago that went completely fine.
Would I get my money back if I just cancelled this one and re-ordered?

It should be on a different account since I'm sharing the server with a friend
