* You will keep your PCC (users, rights, IP, vRack, Datastores(if compatible with global)
* You will add a new vDC inside your current PCC, you will be able to add new hosts
* You will not lose your backup Veeam
* you will be able to use vMotion to move your VMs individually as VM can communicate on the same LAN VMware
* is feasible with no to minimal downtime
* hot vMotion is feasible from Intel to Intel
*cold vMotion is required from AMD to Intel
