Windows2019 KMS activation failure

I have a physical server with you(Canada) that had Windows2016std, I upgraded in-place to Server2019std, but kms.ovh.net won't activate it (err 4F074) with the exact same setup and your provided LTSC generic key for 2019std. It is on VOLUME_KMSCLIENT and 1688 outbound port is open on firewall. Is yours not patched or do I have to request you to tag my server?

KMS services don't work for OVH anymore you can buy licence key monthly direct from OVH manager.
