I am contacting you because until mid-September (or so) I had a website within OVH: augustinday-design.com.
Faults of possibilities concerning me, I had not had the opportunity to renew my subscription (domain name + host) at that time.
Do you know if it is possible to do this now and thus recover all my elements (including the pages of my site)?
If so, what steps should be taken?

Looks like this site augustinday-design.com is defunct sint half a year or so.
Good news: your domain name has not been taken over for a ransom. It's just free to buy.
Bad news: OVH has certainly not kept a copy of your website and your e-mails beyond 1 month after the hosting expiration date.
The internet archive: web.archive.org may have kept one or more copies in the past.
