Loading email accounts to outlook on both MAC & IPHONE

Hello,
I tried to load my OVH email accounts to the outlook app on my Iphone 15, once I had successfully done this, the email accounts stopped working on my MACBook Air Outlook App. Can anyone confirm if we are able to have the OVH email accounts on both Outlook App on the Iphone (15) and Outlook for MAC (operating system Sonoma)?
