The reset password link is broken. It worked on the https://community.ovh.com/ but not on https://ovhcloud.com/. I tried to reset it many times, with my account ID and without my customer email address and I checked my spam folder but it just doesn't work.
This is a shame because there is no way to get any support without being able to access our account. This is quite frustrating and scary to be honest.

I think that this is a feature to get paid support subscriptions. We hired an engineer to attempt this and they were unable to resolve it just as we couldn't. OVH support says it is working normally. Our engineer put us on a new server at Vultr and I an access it 100%. But with the two servers at OVH we are in the same boat as you and TechSupport will only keep saying it is functional. We shared screenshots as they requested. Hire a professional they say. But the engineer noticed the same issue - applied for support and got the same answers. Still we maintain data at OVH and no way to access it. :(
