Unable to connect with RDP

Hello everyone,

I use https://eco.ovhcloud.com/en-gb/kimsufi/ks-1/ with Windows Server Standard Edition

I am having a problem connecting via RDP after setting the server up. I can connect via KVM and I have been through the tutorial for the firewall setup (https://support.us.ovhcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/19830546800915-Configuring-a-New-Windows-Server-Installation) but I can't get any client to connect. Is the port still 3389? I have tried Microsoft Remote Desktop and also Remote Ripple which is the OS version of TightVNC. I just get told connecting and then I get a socket error.

I am on a Private dedicated connection and my ISP tell me none of my ports are blocked. So I am hoping I just have the wrong port. i did a google and it suggested the above but is that out of date now?
