Account Creation Confirm Button Doesn't Work

Hey there, 

The confirm button in the account creation for public cloud doesn't work. It stays grey even though all the fields are filled and correct. 

I've tried on three different browsers and two different machines, but it's the same on all. 

Appreciate any help. Thanks!
