Hello everyone,
I have the following problem, the special folders on my ovh email are nested under the inbox. I'd like to move them to the top level. How can I do this please. Ive been going round in circles with round cube - no joy.

Hello,
I had the same problem and didn't manage to arrange it in RoundCube. The problem was resolved when I deleted a special mailbox on my desktop in the list of all folders for that account.

the server pretends that there are 2 replies but there is only one visible. Where is the other ?
Anyway, a lot of IMAP server implementations nest all the special folders under INBOX.
This should not be a problem. I recommend that you don't try to move them.
