How to set reverse DNS on Public Cloud using OpenStack CLI

I've started using the OpenStack CLI to deploy Public Cloud instances. This works great. The only thing I can't work out how to do is set the Reverse DNS record (like you can on https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/ip)

Can anyone point me to the relevant OpenStack documentation or the command please?
