Problème de mixed content why no padlock

Bonjour,
je suis en train de mettre à jour la sécurité ssl http vers https sur un site wordpress.
J'ai ajouté les lignes de codes pour rediriger HTTP vers HTTPS dans mon .htaccess
j'ai effectué un test avec "why no padlock"
tout est bon sauf 1 seule url, voici le message reçu :

http://www.nomdelagence/clients/nomduclient/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/nomdufichier.jpg ne redirige plus vers l'image je souhaite donc la remplacer par une nouvelle adresse en https bien évidement.

Je suis un peu perdu pour effectuer le remplacement de url
