How can I generate certificate of ownership of a domain (for Microsoft Bing ads)? I am in the ovh panel and I cant find such option. I have to proof that my company is the owner of a domain in order to register for bing ads. Document need to have my company details and name of domain in question

AFAIK there is no such certificate of ownership.
The "whois" information for a domain held by a company shows the company name as the registrant. (this is not shown for a domain held by a physical person)
Bing can retrieve that information.
The standard way of doing in order to prove the ownership of a domain, is to request the addition of a record in your DNS zone. (kind of shared secret or cookie). If you succeed in this, you prove that you control the domain, but not than you own the domain.
