I purchased a VPS SSD 1 on the 03/09/2018, it worked for approx 6 hours and then stopped.
Tried to reinstall with a different control panel and nothing happened.
I have since then upgraded twice thinking that might work but to no avail.
I've noticed in the forum that it is said that there are not any VPS left in the London data centre left to supply, after being told by your selves that it was an upgrade glitch.
So can some please give me an update as to what is happening or I will be forced to ring on Monday morning and cancel my server ,ask for reimbursement. As it has now been nearly 5 days.
