Domain name order was cancelled

Hello,
I Order the domain name 2 days ago _(15 feb.)_, and i received only one email,
once i checked the order and the status appeared to be cancelled,
i saw that it was checking my order an it needed an additional processing time that was required. "It is usually around 48 hours" and it said that the customer support team would contact me, but it didn't, i searched and a .com domain takes usually about this time, but what scared me was the fact that my order was "cancelled"

It says that its still processing or "has been processed"
And some friend of mine said that this never happened to him.
