how to open port 443

Hello everyone,

My **domain name** is : playwood.it

And I use **the offer** : web hosting

I have the following problem / I would like to set up :

I have to make an API call to our CMR, but I can't take the response because the port 443 is close.
How could I open this port? I really need to get that answer form the API call
