Hi, we were hoping to use cheap Cloud VPS SSD instances as worker nodes in kubernetes cluser.
Unfortunately only much more expensive Public Cloud Instances are available.
Do you plan to plan to change it ?

Hello,
did you see the price of "SANDBOX" Public Cloud Instances (start at €2.99 ex. VAT/month ) ?
Cordially, janus57
Hi @ creativeweb
To benefit from the best of scheduling, autoscaling and autohealing features of Kubernetes, we found that it made a lot more sense to offer it computing ressources with no overcommit and absolutely no variation in performance overtime. Basically this way we allow you to manage the potential overcomitment you want to allow to specfic pods yourself though Kubernetes without thebrisknof it to be perturbated by thebiaas layer.
Though this has a slight impact on the minimum price of your cluster (22 euros monthly with a b2-7 in monthly mode), we find it extremely competitive compared to other offerings, and even more if you considere the nonnovercomitment advantage and unlimited trafic.
