Servers cannot connect to each other. I have a server in OVH Canada. Now I ordered another server in OVH US. Yesterday servers saw each other. I transfered half of my websites. Today when I try to do the same transfer with WHM transfer application It gives connection error. I can SSH both computers from my laptop. But I cannot ping each other. I checked the firewalls CSF and CPHulk. IPS are not blocked. What am I missing? Could it be OVH firewalls?

Hello,
You are talking to a community of users, nobody knows about you and your servers, in what DC they are hosted, etc.
If you cannot ping, there is a firewall blocking it, for sure.
Temporarily disable the firewall,
Launch a traceroute.
Do a ssh from server A to server B and vice-versa.
Be creative.
