Domain transfer and DNS

Hello everyone,

I need to transfer a domain from a hosting provider to OVH, it's a critical website hosted in my server, then I only want OVH to manage the DNS and ideally I would like to know if at the order, all DNS records will be copied from the old provider or if I have to expect some disruption.
