I had an email configured with free 100M hosting, and recently I cancelled the free hosting. That broke my email, and I'm asking on how to completely remove any trace of that hosting and restore my MX plan (with type redirect). My domain is wunderwungiel.pl, and the current state is as follows:
- In Hosting tab I see wunderwungiel.pl, it's suspended (Polish message: Ta usługa wunderwungiel.pl jest zawieszona. Przejdź do sekcji „Moje usługi”, aby ją ponownie włączyć.) The hosting address was wunderz.cluster029.hosting.ovh.net.
- In E-mails tab I see wunderwungiel.pl, it says "Expired" (Polish message: Wystąpił błąd podczas pobierania informacji o kontach: (This service is expired)). The type of service was "MXPLAN 1 hosting", and I want it to be "redirect". I can't cancel nor renew the service anyhow.
Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
The free hosting you have cancelled will remain in deleted status for one month. That creates a conflict if you want to recreate the same address.
You may want to contact the support asking for the immediate erasure of the deleted hosting, so that the conflict is resolved.
Submit an incident ticket (as a feature is not working as advertised, i.e. "I cannot create the mailbox example@wunderwungiel.pl ")
