Can't add my server to a vRack

Hey everyone.
I have just bought a RISE-STOR-LE-1 and a RISE-LE-3 (Still waiting for that one to be delivered) and I was wondering how I could add these to a vRack.

I've tried adding the STOR to a vRack but it just doesnt show up for me in the UI.

On the dedicated server's general information tab, vRack just shows up as "No vRacks Attached" and this server has 2 NICS (One private one public).

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!
